This Is Summer

 Time spent without commitment, carefree wandering through the yard noticing fairy shadows and picking wild daisies. Crashing on the couch with wind blown hair snuggled to my cheek. Grilled dinners eaten later than normal because the day just got away. Little heads falling fast to their pillows because of a full heart and tired body. 

I long for more days like this. I must remind myself that today is just the kind of day I dream of all the winter months.
